  Leadership


Becky WaggamanLCSW, CCFC, CLC, HNCC, Owner, Chief Executive Officer,  specializes in anxiety, post traumatic stress, divorce, parenting, fire setting behaviors, oppositional defiance, behavioral issues, anger, depression, and grief/loss. Becky is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Certified in Holistic Nutrition, a published author and national speaker. She has worked in the mental health field since 1993. Currently, she counsels men, women, children, families, and couples, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy treating anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, depression, and behavioral issues. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Clinically Certified Forensic Counselors, the Northwest Children’s Trauma Network, and the Critical Incident Stress Management Association. She has extensively counseled children, teens, families, couples, parents, individuals, and employee assistance programs. Becky has spent several years training and consulting other mental health professionals. She is an approved supervisor with the State of Idaho for social workers and counselors who need private practice clinical hours. Becky has also developed a curriculum for juvenile fire setters for the fire departments in the state of Idaho and have worked with the Fire Departments and juveniles in the Treasure Valley since 1994. Her work with the Fire Departments was recognized and awarded by the Regional Northwest Allstate Insurance Group. She currently co-own her practice since 2001, has authored and published a children’s book, “Mending and Healing” as well as numerous self help articles. She has developed a website to provide resources, teach, encourage and inspire others.  She has also developed curriculums for workshops regarding healthy relationship building groups for women as well as teens to encourage and discover sense of self and live life to the fullest.

Van Waggaman, CBC, CFO, Owner, Business Operations, ​is a Certified Business Coach, a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired Idaho State Police Officer, Van also has over 22 years of being a Director of Financial operations for corporate companies based throughout the nation.  Van has worked with diverse populations and has traveled the world, both, business and pleasure.  He brings his expertise of working with, both, the private sector as well as public agencies.

Sarah (Hartman) KentLCSW,works with children, adolescents, and adults.  Areas of experience and interest include treatment for trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, self-harming behaviors, suicidality, ADHD, behavioral problems, and relationship difficulties.  Trained in several evidenced based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Additional therapeutic interventions include Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. She is passionate about the importance of building a genuine therapeutic connection and creating a safe place for healing and growth.


Carly Broadhead, LPC has worked with many diverse populations of all ages and is skilled in many different treatment modalities.  Carly works closely with her clients as she helps them identify what their core issues are, provides tools to help them manage symptoms and shift to a place of wellness.  She treats depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, ADHD and many other issues and disorders. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Rational Emotive therapy, short term solution focused therapy and mindfulness. 


​​Breanne Young, LCSW,  has experience over 4 years working with co-occurring disorders, mental health, and substance abuse. She enjoys working with women, men, and adolescents.  She works with diverse populations in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple's therapy treating a variety of issues. She has a humanistic approach and believes the relationship and rapport with each client is the foundation for progress in treatment as well as a strong therapeutic relationship. Each individual develops an individualized treatment plan based on their desires for change and improvement in a safe and judgment free environment. Breanne loves people and watching them become the best versions of themselves.  She is trained in treating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, foster care, self-harm, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, adjustment, and marriage and family therapy.  Her therapeutic approach includes CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT.


Kristen French, LPChas been privileged to work with a various populations from diverse cultural backgrounds and demographics. She is sensitive and compassionate and provides therapeutic services that are individualized to the specific needs of each person. Her focus and interest is in working with individuals, couples, and families that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, conduct disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorder, and personality disorders. 


Sheila Hancock,LCSW,  enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of treatment modalities including, client centered meeting the individual where they are and providing compassionate and sensitive counseling services to meet each individual’s needs, as well as TF-CBT, CBT, mindfulness, EFT (tapping), play and art therapies.  Areas of interest include depression, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment and behavioral disorders. 

Joshua Dugger, LPC,has had the pleasure of working with clients both in Kentucky and in Idaho, both in the community and in an office setting. He enjoys working with clients from childhood through their lifespan struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, self-harm, oppositional-defiant disorder, conduct disorder, substance abuse, and various other needs and concerns. One of the most important things to him in the treatment process is helping clients find their own strength that allows them to feel confident in their own personal journey. His primary focuses include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, mindfulness strategies, and behavioral modification. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and collecting music records.

​​Ken Wells, ​L​​MSW,  has had the honor of working with families, couples, and individuals in processing, understanding, and learning to cope in their journey through life.  His perspective is that life experiences can be difficult at times, creating stress, anxiety and trauma. All trauma is different and each client has a different response/reaction to every experience.  Ken is a veteran of the armed forces and interned at the VA in the Post Combat Care Unit working with veterans who struggle with PTSD.  He has had years of experience working with diverse populations.  Ken works with Veterans, First Responders, families, couples, individuals, and teens.  He focuses on treating trauma from a trauma focused lens using an eclectic approach to include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and behavior modification within a systems approach.


Erin Bryant, LMSW,  has been privileged to work with a various populations from diverse cultural backgrounds and demographics. She is sensitive and compassionate and provides therapeutic services that are individualized to the specific needs of each person. Her focus and interest is in working with individuals, children, and families that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, conduct disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorder, and behavioral disorders.  She specializes in treating children, ages 2-12.  She uses an eclectic approach including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy , behavior management, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.



Gina Froman, LCSW,  has been privileged to work with various populations to include those with substance abuse addictions.  She works with children, adults, families, and individuals.  She uses an integrated approach in therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, play therapy, and behavioral modification.


Ryan Levinger, LMSW, ​​Ryan has had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences and is passionate about helping people learn to cope with difficulties and mindfully live out their values.  Ryan graduated from Northwest Nazarene University, spent 7 years working as a youth pastor, and when appropriate, integrates a client’s religious/spiritual or philosophical beliefs into counseling.  He has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relational difficulties.  Ryan practices from a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective and uses an integrated approach to therapy which includes Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.

Pamala Want, BS, has a bachelors in psychology and is currently working on her Master's in psychology and counseling degree.  She has many years of experience in Case Management services for those of all ages.  She has worked with diverse populations to link and connect those with services and resources who seek case management. 


Ashley Wolfe, BA, Intern, has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the College of Idaho and is currently working on her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in trauma and crisis from Walden University.  She is Psychological First Aid certified and has a desire to work with first responders, veterans, individuals, couples, families, and teenagers.




Administrative Team

Summer Owsley, Front Office/Billing Managergraduated from Boise State University with a degree in Health Information Management and Information Technology. She has over 15 years of experience in the medical billing and insurance field. She is happy to work with insurance companies or speak with clients regarding their statements.  She truly loves what she does. When not at work, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.  She enjoys watching her kids play sports for the schools they they attend.  As a family, they enjoy travelling and their favorite family vacation is Disneyland.

Jennifer Carter, Client Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, has years of experience working with the elderly, customer service, and coordinating care for clients and their families.  She is an advocate for youth, adults, and volunteers to help vulnerable populations. ​ ​


​​Tyra McKone,CLC, Client Care Coordinator​/Administrative Assistant, is currently a certified life coach, is studying psychology and holds a Bachelors degree.  She works with vulnerable youth, adults and families.  She is very passionate about empowering and advocating for youth and adults .  She enjoys being active outdoors and spending time with family.
